Many of us participate in potentially hazardous sports and hobbies, skiing, motorsport, riding, shooting, cycling, hill walking to name but a few. We invest time and money in skills and equipment, so why not invest a morning in keeping yourself and your friends safe?

In the event of a life threatening bleed you have just 2 minutes to control it in order to save a life. Would you know what to do? Do you carry the correct equipment?

One of your party is having a heart attack only you are on the side of a mountain or strapped into a rally car. Would you know what to do?

These 3 hour sessions use scenarios specifically designed around your sport or hobby. If you would like us to run a session for your club or organization please get in touch.

We tailor these to the group booking the course. They provide valuable lifesaving skills. Participants will receive a Sandstone Life Saving Certificate.
